My Story

As I went through menopause, it seemed I gained 50 pounds overnight.  Didn’t know where it came from or seemingly how to get rid of it.  Couldn’t sleep, had horrible hot flashes and mood swings.  My friend, Sheri Goodman Graham, coached me on the KETO diet years ago.  I started feeling better, I lost weight, and my hot flashes went away.  I found I didn’t have the mood swings anymore and I loved this way of eating.  I was no longer prediabetic and my cholesterol levels went down.  I studied Nutrition while I was working at CSULB and then became a Certified KETO/Carnivore Coach through Maria and Craig Emerich’s coaching program.  They are prominent experts in the KETO field.  Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Jason Fung were profoundly important in my studies.  Intermittent fasting was the final key I needed to lose weight and become healthy.  I was able to get off all prescriptions and, yes, even wear a bathing suit in public.  The KETO diet is a hormone balancing diet.  I would love to help you lose weight and get healthy.
